Build your five

Choose exactly five different stocks from 100 choices across ten categories. You may choose several stocks from one category. Every pick has a fixed 20% weight. Pick order has no effect.

Lock, then reveal

Edit your draft until you select “Lock my five.” Your saved lineup is then final. Select “Reveal practice results” whenever you are ready. There is no market-hours deadline in this practice version. You can start another lineup while keeping your previous one in history.

A fixed practice scenario

Opening Round uses the same made-up start and end values for every lineup. Each stock starts at a simulated 100.00; its simulated end value appears with your results. These are not live, delayed or historical market quotes. Replaying the same five gives the same result.

How scoring works

For each stock, its simulated change is (end value − start value) ÷ start value × 100. Your lineup change is the average of the five changes. Rankings use the exact sum of the underlying basis-point changes; only the displayed percentage is rounded.

Your rank is one plus the number of lineups with a higher score. Ties share a rank and skip the occupied places: 1, 2, 2, 4. Identical lineups receive identical scores.

Who you are playing against

The field contains your lineup and 12 clearly labeled simulated opponents. Those opponents are computer-generated examples, not people. Other saved lineups and other players do not enter your practice field.

Practice, with no value attached

Lineups, scores and ranks have no cash value. They cannot be transferred or redeemed and do not create eligibility, priority or rights to future prizes, tokens, NFTs or paid contests. Choosing a company gives you no ownership of its stock.

Fair use and availability

Practice is limited to 20 new lineups per day and 100 saved lineups per account. Do not bypass limits, access another player's history or disrupt the service. This preview may change or become unavailable. Saved results retain their rules and scenario versions; corrections to the simulation require a new scenario version.
